At West Lancs K9 Splash & Hydro, your safety — and your dog’s — is our top priority. Every session takes place in a clean, controlled environment built with care, professionalism, and protection in mind.

✅ Standard chlorine treatment (balanced for skin safety)
✅ RCD-protected wiring for electrical equipment
✅ Cameras with manual privacy switch (on-site control available)
✅ Drying areas, dog wash-down, and free clean wetsuits for owners

We maintain full public liability insurance, covering all clients, visitors, and dogs while on-site.
 Insurance certificates are available on request — just ask a team member.

• 🚗 Car parking is at the owner’s risk; we accept no liability for loss or damage to property.
• 👧 Children must be supervised at all times.
• ❌ Children under 12 are not allowed in the pool.

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• 🐕 Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times
• 🩱 Wetsuits are optional but recommended for first-time swims
• 📹 Cameras record for safety, security, and media purposes
  • → Footage includes over and underwater video
  • → Cameras can be switched off on request (ask staff before session starts)
• 💦 Drying and wash-down facilities are provided and expected to be used post-swim
• 📅 Cancellations require 24-hour notice or the booking fee is lost
• ⏱ Sessions run back-to-back; late arrivals will lose part of their session if others are waiting
• 🎟 10% discount codes expire 30 days after your first visit
• 👩‍⚕️ A qualified hydrotherapist is coming soon — current sessions are owner-led only

✅ Check with your vet before attending if your dog has any health conditions
❌ Do NOT bring unvaccinated puppies
❌ Do NOT bring dogs with skin infections or contagious conditions
❌ Do NOT bring a bitch in heat

❌ Dogs must not toilet in the pool area — use designated areas beforehand
🧹 Clean up after your dog using provided waste bags and bins
💩 If a dog toilets in the pool, a £50 cleaning fee will apply (pool must be closed and cleaned)
🕒 Arrive early to allow time for check-in, changing, and fitting floatation harnesses
🐕 Brush your dog before attending to reduce hair in the pool
🏖 Some dogs dislike the blow-dryer — please bring towels (we have a few spares)
