Dog Swimming Near Ormskirk
Heading north-east out of Ormskirk, our pool is about eight miles away and roughly a twenty-minute drive through West Lancashire farmland.

Nobody else joins your slot. For the full 40 minutes the heated water is reserved for you and your dog.
Before you set off from Ormskirk
Check your dog's vaccinations are up to date and that they have no ear, skin or other infection — dogs that are unwell can't use the pool, for everyone's safety.
Give your dog a light meal a while before rather than just before the drive, and let them use our dog field when you arrive.
The heated water sits at 28–32°C every day of the year, so there is no need to wait for a warm spell. Plenty of Ormskirk regulars swim through the winter months, when muddy fields and dark evenings make ordinary walks far less appealing.
