BEFORE YOU VISIT
What to Expect
Arrive & Settle
Arrive on time, our sessions are 15 mins longer than the industry standard 30 mins. We open the gate, you park up and let your dog out in a secure gated paddock. That gives you a no rush experience, time to settle your dog and time to enjoy properly.
Into the Pool Area
Our trained staff will fit your dog with a life vest if required and fit you with a wetsuit if your dog is likely to scratch (unintentionally of course). We have a changing room. A quick brief on what happens next and then up the ramp to the pool platform.
The Swim
Your dog swims either with the coach or with you, or with both, depending on your session choice and preference when you arrive — it's OK to change your mind either way! We monitor energy levels and keep the session fun and safe throughout.
Rinse & Dry
Our pool is lightly salted, lightly chlorinated and filtered 24/7. We keep it rigorously clean and the water is warm and kind. Shower is available if needed as is a hair dryer for pampered pooches.
