What is included in the price
The cost covers far more than pool time. You get the full 30 minutes in the water, the use of buoyancy aids and floats, pool toys, a warm towel-down afterwards and time with the hair-dryer before you head back to the car.
The water sits between 28 and 32°C, which means your dog is not spending the first ten minutes acclimatising to cold water — you are paying for swimming time, not shivering time.
