It happens and it's not a problem! Our filtration system handles it quickly and we're well prepared. We ask that dogs are walked before sessions and we recommend not feeding them within 2 hours of swimming.

We accept puppies from 12 weeks old, provided they've had their second vaccination. This ensures they're fully protected before entering our pool.
What vaccinations does my puppy need before swimming?
Your puppy must have completed their second vaccination (typically at 10-12 weeks). We require this for all puppies to ensure their safety and the safety of other dogs using our pool.
My puppy is fully vaccinated — when can we start?
From 12 weeks, 2 weeks after the final vaccination. Most Lydiate puppies start between 14 and 20 weeks while the socialisation window is still wide open.
My puppy has never been in water — is that OK?
That's exactly what we're here for! We introduce puppies to water gradually and gently. Most puppies are paddling confidently by the end of their first session.
Is the pool heated enough for puppies?
