Aston's Nearest Dog Swimming Pool

We're a small specialist pool — not a daycare with a pond. That focus is exactly why Aston dog owners feel the difference from the first session.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

The Daily Reality for Aston Dogs Without Swimming

Cold Weather Stops Play

When Aston weather turns cold and wet, outdoor exercise drops off. Our heated indoor pool means fitness never stops.

Bored & Under-Exercised

A tired dog is a happy dog. If your Aston pup is destructive, anxious, or pulling on walks, they're probably not getting enough exercise.

Weight Creeping Up

Over half of UK dogs are overweight. If your dog's waistline has disappeared, swimming burns 5x more calories than walking — with zero joint impact.

Sound familiar? Swimming solves all of these — safely and enjoyably.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Concerns? Let Us Put Your Mind at Rest

"Do you offer discounts for regular swimmers from Aston?"

Yes — we offer multi-session packages at a discount for regular swimmers. Ask about our package deals when you book. Many Aston dog owners find monthly packages the best value.

"How does this compare to a vet hydrotherapy centre?"

Our sessions are £35-40 compared to £50-80+ at vet hydrotherapy centres. Our pool is the same quality — heated, filtered, purpose-built. For dogs needing rehabilitation, we're happy to work alongside your vet.

"What happens if my dog has an accident in the pool?"

It happens and it's not a problem! Our filtration system handles it quickly and we're well prepared. We ask that dogs are walked before sessions and we recommend not feeding them within 2 hours of swimming.

"Can I get in the pool with my dog?"

Yes! Our Owner In Pool sessions let you swim alongside your dog. It's a bonding experience like no other. We provide everything you need — just bring your swimwear and a towel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common Questions From Aston Owners

Can I bring two dogs from the same household?

Yes — up to four dogs from the same household in an Owner In Pool session. Multi-dog Aston families often find this the most cost-effective way to swim regularly.

What's the difference between Swim Coach and Owner In Pool?

In Owner In Pool sessions, you get in the water with your dog. In Swim Coach sessions, one of our trained team members is in the pool guiding your dog — ideal for rehabilitation, nervous dogs, or when you'd rather watch from poolside.

Do you have experience with large breeds?

We regularly swim Great Danes, Newfoundlands, Irish Wolfhounds, and other giant breeds. Our pool is designed to accommodate dogs of all sizes with plenty of room to move.

Do you have changing facilities?

We have a drying area for dogs and space for you to change if you've been in the pool during an Owner In Pool session. We also have towels available.

Will my dog be the only one in the pool?

Yes. Every session is fully private. Your Aston dog never meets another dog during their swim, which is why we're a popular choice for reactive or anxious dogs.

What should I bring for my dog's first swim?

Just your dog and a towel — we supply everything else including life jackets and toys. If you're joining in an Owner In Pool session, bring swimwear too. We have a drying area on site.

Is the pool chlorinated?

We use a professional water treatment system that keeps the water crystal-clear and hygienic without harsh chemical smells. Our system is far gentler on dogs' skin and eyes than traditional chlorinated pools.
