THE PROBLEM
What Most Treales Dog Owners Don't Realise
Nervous Around Water
Many dogs in Lancashire have never been introduced to water properly. Our gentle approach builds lifelong water confidence.
Cold Weather Stops Play
When Treales weather turns cold and wet, outdoor exercise drops off. Our heated indoor pool means fitness never stops.
Post-Surgery Blues
Recovering dogs need to rebuild muscle, but too much walking risks re-injury. Swimming is the vet-recommended solution.
Sound familiar? Swimming solves all of these — safely and enjoyably.

THE DIFFERENCE
Why Treales Dog Owners Are Switching to Indoor Swimming
Rivers and lakes near Treales might look inviting, but they carry real risks — blue-green algae, strong currents, sharp debris, and unpredictable water temperatures. Our purpose-built pool eliminates every one of these dangers while providing a better workout.
At 28–32°C, our pool water is therapeutic as well as enjoyable. Dogs exercise harder, recover faster, and genuinely love coming back. That's why families from Treales make our pool part of their regular routine.
Expert Supervision
Every session is supervised by our experienced team who know dogs, understand behaviour, and prioritise safety.
All Breeds Welcome
From tiny Chihuahuas to giant Great Danes, we cater for every breed with adjustable depths and gentle ramp entry.

Dogs recovering from illness often lose muscle and fitness. Gentle swimming rebuilds strength safely without overexertion.
Safe Exercise in Bad Weather

Year-Round Fitness Routine
Unlike outdoor exercise that drops off in winter, swimming keeps your dog's fitness consistent through every season.
Better Sleep and Behaviour
A 30-minute swim leaves dogs mentally and physically satisfied. Owners report better behaviour, better sleep, and a calmer home.
Treales Dogs Deserve More Than a Walk in the Rain
When it's been raining for a week in Lancashire and the fields are waterlogged, your dog still needs proper exercise. Our indoor heated pool provides it — rain or shine, winter or summer, 7 days a week.

What to Know Before Your First Visit From Treales
"What ages of dog do you accept?"

"Is the water clean and safe?"
Our water is continuously filtered and treated to exceed hygiene standards. It's crystal-clear at all times — far cleaner and safer than any river, lake, or outdoor dog pool you'll find near Treales.
"Is it really better than outdoor swimming?"
Night and day. Our pool is heated to 28–32°C, filtered and treated for hygiene, has no currents or hidden hazards, and is available all year round regardless of weather. Plus it's completely private — no other dogs to stress yours.
"Do I need to book in advance?"
We recommend booking ahead as sessions fill up, especially evenings and weekends. Call 07359 881320, fill in our form, or email us. We try to accommodate short-notice bookings when possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Practical Answers for Treales Dog Owners
How does the pricing work?
Owner In Pool and Group Classes are £35 per 30-minute session. Swim Coach and Weighty Woofers are £40. No membership fees, no contracts — just book when you want.
Is the pool chlorinated?
We use a professional water treatment system that keeps the water crystal-clear and hygienic without harsh chemical smells. Our system is far gentler on dogs' skin and eyes than traditional chlorinated pools.
Is the pool available for birthday parties or special occasions?
We love celebrating milestones! Contact us about special occasion bookings. Many Treales dog owners book celebration swims for birthdays or adoption anniversaries.
What are the health benefits of dog swimming?
Swimming provides cardiovascular fitness, muscle building, weight management, joint rehabilitation, mental stimulation, and improved range of motion — all with zero impact on joints. It's the most complete exercise available for dogs.
What are your opening hours?
We're open 7 days a week, 9am–8pm. Evening and weekend slots are available so Treales dog owners can fit sessions around work and family.
Is swimming suitable for all dog breeds?
Yes — from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Great Danes, we cater for every breed. We adjust pool depth and use life jackets for brachycephalic breeds like French Bulldogs and Pugs.
How wet will my car be on the way back to Treales?
Hardly at all. We have a dedicated drying area on site and most dogs are touch-dry before they leave. Bring a towel for the back seat just in case.
