You can swim with your puppy in our Owner In Pool sessions (£35), or choose a Swim Coach session (£40) where a trained team member guides your puppy in the water.
My puppy has never been in water — is that OK?
That's exactly what we're here for! We introduce puppies to water gradually and gently. Most puppies are paddling confidently by the end of their first session.
What if my puppy panics in the water?
Our team is experienced with nervous puppies. We never force a puppy into the water — they enter via a gentle ramp at their own pace. If a puppy needs more time, we let them explore poolside first.
My puppy is fully vaccinated — when can we start?
From 12 weeks, 2 weeks after the final vaccination. Most Lancaster puppies start between 14 and 20 weeks while the socialisation window is still wide open.
Do you provide life jackets for puppies?
Yes — we have life jackets in all sizes, including extra-small for toy breeds. We'll fit one on your puppy if needed to provide extra buoyancy and confidence.
